can't log in to account

 I can't get spotify to log in to my account through facebook credentials anymore and since I can't log in I have no way to change anything on my account. When I try to log in it says the info is incorrect, and also gives a 410 error. It keeps saying spotify is offline and the only function I'm currently able to use is my offline playlists, which obviosly isn't worth the price of a subscription.  I have tried on both mine and my gf's accounts, phones and computers, reinstalled spotify and everything else I can think of.

 I created a new account, which is this one I'm currently posting on just to test the issue and if I create a new account i can log in as normal and do everything on spotify. So any suggestions or help is welcomed. I've tried emailing for support several times and that never gets replied to.

Hi valhallian81 - I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble. However it's tough for me to investigate without the username linked to your original account. 

Did you receive an automated message after using the contact form? If so just do a direct reply again. Your message will then definitely reach our team.

 since I can't log into my profile I can't check what my user name is, but when i do log in and click off teh pink bar that says my logon was incorrect it shows 128295383 where my username shows up, maybe since its linked only through facebook and I can't get it unlinked.
