can't log in to spotify anywhere

I can't log in to m'y spotify account through Facebook period. I even changed my facebook password, made à New account, I have sent them many messages. I really am starting to hâte spotify if this is how they solve problems with people's accounts. I'm paying for premium membership. Like WTF, just get me to log in, then disconnect it from my facebook so maybe this won't happen again.

IDK what to do anymore. Everytime I try to log on on my phone it says. You already have a membership under this email, then I go to retrieve password and it says log in though facebook. On my computer it says error or something then says a firewall may be blocking it. Like I'm so tired of this. Help someone please since spotify admins are too lazy to help actually assist their customers.
