Hi, I got the 3 month offer for 1 euro back on the 30th of June. 

On the 29th of September, i'm sure i cancelled my subscription, however I went on to my account today and i've been charged 9.99 for the next month.  Why did this happen?

Hey @amykinsella,

 

The first thing to do is check your email for a Confirmation Email. Each user receives one after cancelling their Spotify subscription.
