changing country on account

I am trying to change the country on my account. I am in the country I am trying to change it to and I am not in a vpn but the drop down menu doesn't work?

please help I'm logged out on my phone! I have attached a screenshot below.

Hey there @user-removed, are you currently a Premium user? If you aren’t you need to contact support for them to change the country in your account. Another way to change your country you’re currently in is changing your payment method to the desired country (like a credit card from x country will decide what country your account is).

If you receive an automated email directing you to the community and/or help boards, make sure you reply directly to that email (even if it says it is no-reply) and an agent will get back to you as soon as possible.
