changing my mode of authentication

I am currently using my Facebook account to login to my premium account. I no longer want to use FB but create a spotify account and use that to login. Ideally like to use the same email as that associated with FB. Is there any way to do that?

You will need to make a brand new account however, if you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form they should be able to free up your email address and move your playlists over to your new account for you. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

Unfortunately I've got the same issue. Don't wanna use fb anymore but can't deactivate my account because of Spotify. Is there any suggestions please????
