Looking for help here: do I have to sign up for Premium again or is my card on record charged next month?

 

  • Last payment from my credit card didn't work, i'm back to Free version
  • Credit card details are still on record and card is working, but there's no option on subscription page that allows for 'try again', only 'remove payment method'
  • Clicking on  'sign up for premium' brings me to payment method page; using exactly same credit card details now tells me that Spotify is not offered in my country of residence (Hong Kong) - eh? How could that be, I've been using it as Premium for a while 

 

What shall I do? Is there any live-chat with Customer Support?

Hi there! Unfortunately there is no live chat for support. They can be reached through their Twitter Page @SpotifyCares or through the online contact form.

Make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify. Once you get it, make sure to reply back right away, even if it says it's from a "no-reply" email.

Hi there! Unfortunately there is no live chat for support. They can be reached through their Twitter Page @SpotifyCares or through the online contact form.

Make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify. Once you get it, make sure to reply back right away, even if it says it's from a "no-reply" email.
