hi I already changed my email address on my facebook account but on my spotify profile, it still shows my old email address and when i asked for help you replied on my old email address which i cannot access anymore, and i can't see what you replied on my message , im still waiting tho because i can't join on my family premium subscription please help

If you have a Facebook-created account, you'll have to get in touch with our support team to have the email address changed for your Spotify login. You can get in touch with them here. Please make sure to write which email address they should respond to.
