i want to be spotify premium member and i did this last night 3 times, i got my paymend confirm mail but it stil doesnt work, it says im still a free user. how can i show spotify that i have payed ? do i need to mail my confirm mail back or something?

Hmm.. that's weird, you probably need to contact Spotify directly here to figure out what is going on 🙂  If you receive an automated reply just reply directly to that email (even if it is a no-reply).
