help!!

I have lost all my details after my phones broke!!
I'm paying the premium monthly but . Cannot access spotify at all!!!
I no longer use the email address I set it up with so I can'. Get a new password (as I've forgotten it as I was signed it full time)
What do I Do??
Don't want to he paying for it if I cannot use it!!

I suggest you contact Spotify support using this contact form. Don't forget to use an email that you can log in to :). If you get an automated reply just reply back.

Where does it fail? Do you get any error messages? To post in this community, you must have a spotify account so maybe you could be a little more specific and I'll try to help.

You also can't create a new account if you are already logged into the Spotify website 😉
