iPhone 5s not connecting

I am a Spotify prmium member and have logged in on my iPhone using my account details. The message at the bottom of the Spotify screen just says 'connecting....' The WiFi is working as my phone is connected to the network. 

Any ideas?

Does it work if you turn off the Wifi and connect using the cellular network?

Does that mean it will never work on WiFi? or just this current network?

Hello again!

Hmmm.. yeah this sometimes happens to me, i login with the mobile network and then just turn on my wifi again after login and it usually works then. Did it ever let your connect with that wifi network? is it a public network?
