im still on the free why??

im still on the free why??

after i gave my credit card details i got a lot of info of how money will be deducted out of my account but i never got upgrated .. all my devices are on the free mode and theres no info of how to change to premiun.. do i have to do something?? is this a scam?? i regret so much givin my credit card details now..

It looks like there might be a temporary problem with the server responsible for activating subscriptions.

 

Spotify is looking into the problem. Check back for updates.

I'm on a free 30 day premium trial I have 2days left,I have tried to pay for my 9.99 a month prescription I go thru it.. I won't go thru... Help. Karaokeman75@yahoo.com. Don't want to lose my playlist....help

@Karaokeman75 - If you are on the 30 day free trial and haven't cancelled the system will automatically bill you when your trial is over. You shouldn't need to do anything.
