multiple users for account?

multiple users for account?

My music keeps pausing and not allowing me to play and an alert is coming up that my spotify account is being used elsewhere. I have changed my password and logged out of all devices and also pay for family premium. What can I do so my music won't keep pausing?

Hey there @ginaishak! Are you using a Connect device like a Sonos or another device?

Since you have Premium for Family, please ask the members of your subscription to log in to their own Premium accounts.

 

If you don't have any members yet on your subscription, it's likely the reason why this is happening.

I have a Premium for Family account - for myself and wife.

 

When I use via the android app, and she uses it via Sonos (via the Android Sonos app hooked into Spotify - if that makes sense?) - then I'll get the 'account is being used somewhere else' and have playback paused. If i resume, then her playback is paused...and so on
