my premium account merged with my friend's free one.

my premium account merged with my friend's free one.

I'm paying for a premium account but when I log into my account with my information my friend's name is displayed and it has none of the premium features. I gave her my log in information but I need my our accounts to be unsynced so I can have my premium account back.

I'm sorry to hear about this. You'll have to get in touch with Spotify staff through the contact form, and they'll be able to sort this out for you.
When you get an automated response, make sure to reply to that email, even if the address says 'no-reply', as this makes sure your information is sent to the right team.
