premium abo but still advertising

Hi, I´ve got a premium abo and it says that this abo is free of advertising. But since today my music is interrupeted by advertising when I use spotify on my computer.

That is not what I´m paying for...does anybody have the same problem??? Thanks a lot for your help!

Hey @AutumnSun2017,

It could be that you logged in with the wrong username!
You should look on the receipt you got sent to your email address. Here you should find the username with that you subscribed to Spotify premium.
Try to log in with that account.
When you see a 10 digit number log in with Facebook!
