"An error has occurred processing your login. Please try again." Anyone help?

 I am a premium user, I use my facebook account and whenever I try to log in I get this: "An error has occurred processing your login. Please try again."  I have already tried to fill the online form and so I recieved this number "Spotify Case # 01330613" - tried to reply back to no-reply@spotify.com - but no answer yet. So please can anyone help me? So I had to use other account to post here.... So the issue is happening into the account I opened the Case # 01330613.

I just used my Spotify user log in and then linked again to facebook.
