someone using my account

Spotify used to be able to tell you form a desktop what devices were using your account. For some reason they don't do that anymore. But someone was listening on my account on an ipad. I dont own an ipad and no one has my permission to use my account. I haven't given out my password and never logged on devices that weren't my own. How do I stop this from further happening? How do I find out whose ipad it is?

Here are two things I'd highly recommend you try:

• Logging out of all devices: support.spotify.com/account_payment_help/account_settings/can-i-sign-out-of-my-account-if-im-signed-in-on-another-device/
• Contacting Spotify immediately: support.spotify.com/contact-spotify-support/ - If you get an automated email from Spotify redirecting you back here, reply to it, even if the address says no-reply.
