spotify not available in Cook Islands?

I'm trying to upload spotify onto my phone, but it is saying spotify is not available in our country.  but i see Cook Islands is listed under New Zealand under the countries it is availble in.  what do i need to do to be able to upload the app? thank you

Spotify is available in New Zealand, so it's odd that this happens. Just to confirm, is it happening in every device? Let us know if someone else is experiencing the same. We'll see what to suggest.
