I have 20gb on external and 5g on internal. Tried deleting play lists... Deleting cache... Even uninstall and re install but nothing works.

Even when try and download one album i get this message

Please help as without offline on my tablet this is pointless

How can I get it to save told card... Or just download anywhere!

Thanks for your reply.

I tried all that as I mentioned. When I uninstall Spotify there is no cache on my system to delete.

I've tried the steps listed there several times and each time it doesn't work.

Any other suggestions?

Kind regards

Joe

I have the same problem in my Sony Xperia Z1 pls help.

Hello!

Since you already did a clean re-install, try removing your device from here and trying to sync again. Try these steps, too:

  • Log out of Spotify and restart your device
  • Log into Spotify once again and make sure you are connected to the same Wi-Fi network on both your device and your computer
  • Change the sync quality on your device to "High" or "Extreme"
  • Locate the playlist on your phone, and select "Download Playlist"
  • Make sure you have plenty of free space on your device (we'd recommend 1GB+)  You said you have a lot of free space, skip this...

It doesn't work 😕

Same issue. For what ever reason when I installed Spotify from the Play Store it saved to my SD card. Dunno how to fix that. I went into my storage settings and "unmounted" my SD card. I then deleted Spotify and reinstalled it. It is now working like it should. Hope that works for you.

I have the same problem. I tried everything.
did you solved it?
