Downloading offline tracks only on Wifi, but it downloads on LTE anyway??

My Question or Issue

 I have a new download issue. When I have added a new track to a playlist which is available offline also, it starts to download the track right away, although I have not allowed it to download on the mobile network, only when connected to wifi.

(I was not connected to any wifi, but still, it choosed to download the tracks I had just added)

This has worked fine before, but I noticed this yesterday.

Any idea what could be wrong?
