I am connected to the Internet but it shows No internet connection available

So, I have a problem with the Internet. My network connection is BELL648. Even though I am connected to the Internet, it's strange that it says No internet connection available. What could that be?

Could you let us know if this happens across devices or only on your phone? If this only happens on your phone, would you mind asking a friend or a relative to log in to their account on your phone to see if they can replicate this with their account? 

On another note, could you give a different internet connection a go to see if the same happens?
