Hi,
I have a Nexus 6 with Android 5.0.1 and Spotify 1.9.0.1273
When I close Spotify the latest album cover of the song I was listening remains as the lockscreen wallpaper. Is anybody else having this issue?
Thanks,
David
Not seeing this behaviour on my M8 running GPE. Have you tried a clean install?
[GUIDE] How to fix common issues for Spotify on Android
I have the same issue, Nexus 6, Android 5.0.1 as well.
When I close Spotify from the lock screen, the wallpaper shows that it went back to normal. However, the next time the lock screen is shown, the wallpaper is back to being the album art of the last song that played on Spotify.
Of course, if I restart the phone, the wallpaper goes back to normal, but the point is to be able to go back to normal without rebooting.
I realise this is an old thread, but is anyone still having this problem and/or found a reliable fix? Is it a Spotify thing or an Android thing?
Using Spotify on my work phone (Samsung S5 / Lollipop), I can't have album art staying on the screen!
