Thanks for reaching out to the Spotify Community. Spotify is still progressively rolling out this feature to every account, so it may take some time for your to have access to it. In the meantime, make sure to keep your app updated so you don't miss it.

I was about to make the same complaint. I'm in Brazil and the promise was to get lossless in October, period. You had a whole big month to release the update, but refused to do so. Very disappointed.
Essa empresa não está dando a mínima a quem a prestigia, pois na bastasse ter anunciado o Lossless há mais de 4 anos, ao confirmar deixa o usuário premium mais de dois meses esperando e nada acontece. Vergonha essa atitude.
I'm a Spotify beta tester and I've been subscribed for over 11 years, never missing a payment. Still no lossless.
I'm in El Salvador my app is updated (version: 9.0.90.1229), I pay a Spotify Duo plan, my phone is a Pixel 7 Pro running Android 16 and I still don't see the lossless option. I already try the basics, restarting my phone, clearing the app cache, uninstalling and reinstalling and still no Lossless option. Please help.
I'm in Chile and in a family plan for over ~4 years and still no lossless option, even using the beta and alpha app on android and iOS, do we have to wait like another 7 years to get lossless to south america? how the most anticipated feature can't rollout globally like the playlist mix and DJ, and i think i got those when they came out.
