I don't have the new Lossless option on any of my devices. App has been updated to the latest on all, still not there.
Your own AI help System said it should be on Family Premium yet I am not seeing it.

PLEASE, WE WANT LOSSLESS AUDIO QUALITY IN SOUTH AMERICAN COUNTRIES like Peru, Argentina, Chile, etc. It feels truly DISRESPECTFUL to always keep excluding us from features that are already standard elsewhere. We deserve the same listening experience as any other region.

I was about to make the same complaint. I'm in Brazil and the promise was to get lossless in October, period. You had a whole big month to release the update, but refused to do so. Very disappointed.
Essa empresa não está dando a mínima a quem a prestigia, pois na bastasse ter anunciado o Lossless há mais de 4 anos, ao confirmar deixa o usuário premium mais de dois meses esperando e nada acontece. Vergonha essa atitude.

I already try the basics, restarting my phone, clearing the app cache, uninstalling and reinstalling and still no Lossless option. Please help.
I'm in Chile and in a family plan for over ~4 years and still no lossless option, even using the beta and alpha app on android and iOS, do we have to wait like another 7 years to get lossless to south america? how the most anticipated feature can't rollout globally like the playlist mix and DJ, and i think i got those when they came out.

Hi everyone,
I’ve recently encountered an issue where I no longer see the option for lossless audio in the quality settings of Spotify. My app is updated to the latest version, but despite this, I’m unable to find the lossless music option either on the mobile app or the desktop player.
I’ve tried logging out and logging back in, as well as reinstalling the app, but the issue persists. Has anyone else experienced this? Any suggestions on how to fix it?

Spotify's Lossless quality is 24-bit/44.1 kHz. True Hi Res Lossless is 24-bit/96 kHz to 24-bit/192 kHz. Will Spotify offer the Hi Res option?
