I don't have the new Lossless option on any of my devices.  App has been updated to the latest on all, still not there. 

Your own AI help System said it should be on Family Premium yet I am not seeing it.

Yes I am looking in the right place, where you change the quality,  the highest I have is 'Very High' which is  not new.

Hi I still don't have the option and I live in the Philippines where it says in the Google search that it should be available here.

I use a OnePlus 13R phone and an iPhone 11 both doesn't show the lossless option.

The Amazon Echo Link was always positioned as the Echo line-up's way to bring Hi-fi Audio to home AV systems. After contacting Amazon, they say it's up to Spotify to rollout lossless support for the Echo Link, not them.

I know there has been a gradual rollout to support lossless on Amazon devices, however if there is a device that should get it earlier, it should be the Link.

Spotify team, please take care of your premium subscribers!

I use a Samsung Galaxy A25 and I stay in Nigeria, I use the lastest OS and Spotify is updated to the latest version, I still do not have Lossless Audio

It's 2026 already and I still do not have that option. I've been checking weekly since it came out 4 months ago. I update my app every time an update comes out hoping to find it. I am located in the Philippines. Any update for it? Been a loyal user for so long now.

I have the same issue here and it's February 2026 already. My billing region is also in Argentina, so my account region is also Argentina and no Lossless audio to this day. Neither on my MacBook Air, nor on my iPhone 14 Pro Max or my Samsung Galaxy S10 5G.

How come Saudi and other neighboring countries in the GCC have lossless quality and Qatar does not. Can we expect the rollout to reach us in the near term?

Hi, is it possible to enable lossless quality in Mexico? I love Spotify but nowadays the quality is not like the best, and all the other Music streaming services is offering lossless, but for me at least, Spotify app gives the better experience and catalogue, and will be a perfect service with lossless enabled.
