Managing and deleting downloaded songs

My Question or Issue

I want a separate list of ALL my downloaded songs in the library. It should have each and every song i have downloaded on that device. 

and i need an option to delete a particular downloaded song. not the whole playlist or album or anything, just a simple option in the options of each song to delete it. 

deleting one song from a downloaded playlist should not affect the playlist in any way.

these are very very simple demands and this should have been in the app already, there should have been no need to ask for these features exclusively. it frustrates me that such simple things are not there already. 

it is just STUPID.

i need that separate downloaded songs list to keep track of what is eating my storage and know which songs i have downloaded even if i remove them from a playlist because i have removed some songs from my playlist and liked songs which were downloaded and now i don't know which songs they are. i have useless downloaded songs on my devices.
