Nowhere near the 3333 Song limit yet can't even save an album??

My Question or Issue

 There's no way I've downloaded 3333 tracks to my phone but I keep getting the "Epic Collection..." thing. Really annoying. I've tried logging out, clearing my cache, reinstalling but after a few days, again, I can't save or download albums. Genuinely considering jumping ship to another service that is more generous with the max downloads. I wouldn't mind if I could still "save" albums that I'm interested in for downloading at a later time but I can't even do that. Disappointed.
