Playlist Songs constantly being moved

My Question or Issue

 My playlist is normal, working just fine but once in a while songs from the middle end or random spots on my playlist keep getting moved to the top and its says I just added. On the Image you will see songs added 3 days ago, an hour ago and 43 minutes ago all though these songs were already on my playlist and just got moved to the top of it, I've already speaked to support and they thought someone had acceded my account and moved the songs and it ended up not being the reason so it is a bug.
