Save files on SD

I followed the steps on this link: https://support.spotify.com/br/using_spotify/troubleshooting2/save-to-sd-card/

But on Zenfone go, there is no such option to save files on SD, how can I do that?

That's not cool. Can you let us know which device, Spotify and Android version you're using? Did this issue start happening after a specific update or event?

We'll see what we can suggest.

It's a zenfone go with Android 5.1, both images about android and spotify are attached.
