Song stop playing between the 9-10 first seconds

Hi, I've been a premium member for a while, but recently I've had a problem with streaming songs on my device. The song often stop playing between 0:09 - 0:11. This will occur when I streaming through package data. Could somebody tell me what's going on? and hopefully how to fix this problem because it's so annoying. Thank you.
