Spotify is very slow

Hello everyone. Spotify is very slow on my Samsung Galaxy S8. Opening settings takes longer than 1 minute. Opening my playlists takes more than 30 seconds. Opening a song also takes longer than 30 seconds. If I close Spotify, it will continue to play. Only if I remove the Spotify app does it stop. I have already tried everything that you indicate here, such as a clean reinstallation. Also using another account does not help. Spotify works well on my laptop and tablet. I've been trying for weeks but nothing helps. Please help me.
