Spotify missing buttons

Spotify missing buttons

My spotify is missing buttons on the bottom bar.  On the bottom bar it only shows your mixes, home, and search.  My wifes spotify shows Home, Browse, Search, Radio, and your library.  How can I fix this?  I have deleted app and reinstalled folling the instructions on spotify help.  I have even just factory reset my phone and reinstalled spotify again.  Both our accounts are free accounts but I cannot seem to fix this to save my life.  I have attached 2 screenshots so that you can tell what I am talking about.  Both versions are 8.4.5.1092 armV7  on Samsung galaxy S6

Hey @ckemp302,

Spotify is always testing new things in order to improve, so you may see something different than your other people do in their app: https://support.spotify.com/using_spotify/troubleshooting2/why-am-i-seeing-different-features-than-m....

I know Spotify sometimes do some strange things but surely they wouldn't take away users' access to their playlists and saved music as part of some test?

@Joe

Pretty sure they wouldn't do that. I think the playlists and stuff are still accessible on another page in the app 🙂

I still cannot get the other buttons to show up.  Is there anyway to report this to spotify?  Was thinking of about buying premium but not going to waste my money if I can't even get the options I am supposed to get with the free service.

If you get an automated reply email telling you to check the Knowledgebase or the Spotify Community, you need to reply back to it, even if it's from a no-reply address. Spotify Support usually replies within 24-48 hours.

Did you ever figure this out? I have the exact same issue.
