The radio option has disappeared

Hello everyone,
I'm using the free version of Spotify. 
Suddenly the radio option has disappeared from the side menu in my app.
I'm currently using Samsung Galaxy s3 version 4.3 and the app's version is 1.4.0.631

How can I fix that? I've tried to install another version,to ersae cache...

Can you try uninstaling Spotify and using a file manager make sure that the below folders are deleted (the second one may be still remaining from the older versin of Spotify):

\Android\data\com.spotify.music
\Android\data\com.spotify.mobile.android.ui

Note: - Make sure to check both Emulated/0/ AND the /ext_sd/ locations for these folders as they could be on Internal memory or/and external SD card.

Once done, go to the play store and install the app again. Let me know how you get on,

It should be there I recommend you contact Spotify Support using the form here.

You will get an automated reply at first, however if you need to chase them just reply to the email as it does get monitored.
