Wont play or open albums saved to Note 5

In the last week or so Ive been unable to open saved albums online or offline as I get the loading 'circle' permanently. I can play any song if I goto Songs section. Ive deleted cashe, app etc and still have same issue. Spotify works after reset but problem returns next time I use Spotify. With fault I cant download either!

Followed the instructions. It worked for that session. Came back later to the phone and the same problem has returned 😞

Its always with downloaded or recently played tracks... opening other older stuff sometimes works
