Current stats are:

  • 3 months since I reported an issue with payments 
  • 1 month since I've gotten a response through Spotify's Facebook support
  • 2 weeks since they asked me to message them through twitter and still no response
  • 2 weeks since response through email
  • No responses to my ODR, ECC, ombudsman or dispute resolution body complaints about Spotify (meaning they have no interest to resolve the matter)
  • No response to my GDPR (general data protection regulation) requests.
  • And absolutely no replies on their own community platform.

Seriously anyone who reads this don't bother using their service or paying for it. Youtube music and deezer are cheaper alternatives with just as much music and better service and customer support.
