Discover weekly overrun by lullabies

Discover weekly overrun by lullabies

Might have an unusual problem.

I really enjoy the discover weekly feature. It’s something I look forward to every week that has gotten me in touch with so much new music.

About a month ago, I used Alexa to play some lullabies to my infant. And since then every discover weekly has been nothing but lullabies. From top to bottom, every week.

i have gone through and hit “hide” on every single entry. But nothing seems to change it. Spotify seems dead set on acquainting me with more lullabies.

Any way to fix this?

Hi @0x00900,

Thanks for posting in the Spotify Community, and welcome!

The best way to stop lullabies from influencing your music recommendations, e.g. Discover Weekly, is turning on Private Session when you play them for your infant.

An alternative that you could try is Spotify Kids, which you can read about here.

Let me know if you have any other questions, and have a good day!
