Folders keeping Playlists/Albums original creators

Some weeks ago I posted an idea but Spotify moderators closed it because they said that it is already implemented. However is not what I am experiencing. So I post it here, in case someone can help me. 

The issue is the following: Before I could add a playlist or album to a folder and the category of that item (album or playlist) and its original creator's name were kept. Now it seems to work this way only if added to the main root, but not if added inside a folder structure of my own. Everything becomes a bare frozen copied playlist signed by myself,  which does not help me to distinguish lists from albums or my own lists from others. And consequently,  if the creator of that album or playlist modifieds it, I don't see it updated in my folder.

However, Spotify moderator said "Currently on the Desktop app, you can add as many  subfolders as you wish, and the playlist creator is always listed, no matter how many subfolders it is in."
