How to login through website if acct linked with Samsung?

Hiya,

I'm paying for a family option but need to set up my kids' account via the website, not the app.

However my app is linked to my Samsung account which is linked to my google enail. How do I log into my web based account since I use the Sansung link to log into the app? The google email keeps getting rejected. Any idea how I can save this account or do I have to open a new one hat I won't link to Samsung?
