How to make a new playlist automatically from another playlist

I remember I made a playlist automatically based on my self made playlist. It included similar songs to my own playlist but no repeat songs from my first list. Also if there was a song that was out of place, the new one also had a song similar to that. Is it still possible to do that and how?
