Need to add blocking/reporting ads as a feature

There is this one ad I keep getting repeatedly, and ironically, it's advertising customized ads (for Meta). However, I don't have a problem with the irony. I have a problem with the entire sound of the ad itself, more specifically the beginning. It is one of those ads that has the obnoxious singing, but starts off with a sound I cannot even give an adjective to. I don't know what it is. I don't know why this happens. But every single time I hear it, I am left on the verge of either throwing up, or committing suicide. I am not kidding. I would rather die than hear it again. Please give me the ability to rid my devices of this **bleep** spawn.
