Podcast and other features missing in Pakistan

I have recently resumed the spotify premium service after a long time now. One thing I have noted is that there isn't still, a podcast section for premium users in Pakistan. Secondly another notable feature that was on the US spotify premium being the miniature tabs on the liked music section for different genres wherein when a specific genre or a setting tab was selected all the songs of the said genre or setting were presented in isolation. We need that feature in Pakistan.
