Spotify Free has too many restrictions...

Hi.

Back in the days when Spotify started i listened for free for a couple months, the only restriction was that every 2-4 songs there was an ad between, which was fine.

Then i got Premium and i paid many years until a few months ago.

Money got very tight and after already cancelling Netflix etc i thought about Spotify. Having no ads is really comfy, but for the sake of money i cancelled it and thought i will "just" go back to having some ads now and then.

But what i found out really shocked me.

Ads: no surprise

Not being able to search a song and listen to it (only for a few seconds): first wth, but...well...ok.

Only shuffle mode for my playlists: second wth, but i can live with that.

But the biggest issue, which really pis..d me of:

Who in their right mind thought it would be a great idea to litter my playlists with random songs that "i might like"? And on top of that i can only skip 6 times an hour? Are you out of your mind?

The experience the past few months was:

Start a playlist: skip, skip, skip, finally a song from my playlist, skip, skip, another one, skip...great, now i'm stuck with a song i don't like -> close Spotify

I really love Spotify and when i have more money i'll surely get Premium again, but it's really sad and annoying to see how drastically restricted you are if you want to listen for free. Sure, there have to be some, that i can understand, at least the ads, but the status quo is a punch in the face with a chair, especially for people like me who paid for many years and had to pause for a while because of money.

You can't expect to get all the `FEATURES` if you want everything dig deep and get premium.
