Violation of our content policies ?

Hello everyone.
I manage a small network of multi-genre playlists called Proxima Centauri Music Lab. It ranges from metal to medieval fantasy.

For more than a week I have noticed that Spotify has deleted the title and the covers of two of my playlists of Arabic mood.

One is called (called) "Desert and Arabic Music" (https://open.spotify.com/playlist/0fMPbj4HMaWa2k74uuvwLX?si=e4482525cad0459f) while the other is called "72 Houri - Islamic Paradise Ambience" (https://open.spotify.com/playlist/4kLnrPbejfaBcpb3zN28SE?si=5a4aaac745ea4999)

Thinking it was a copyright problem on the cover, I decided to create a completely original and copyright-free one using an artificial intelligence (for which I pay the monthly service) and put the old title back.

After 24 hours Spotify takes away the title and the cover again.

At this point I cannot understand what the problem may be.

The cover can't be a problem, so where's the problem?
