Why can't I find volume and other settings in Desktop(Browser) version?

I only can find one setting which is language setting!

The volume is found at the bottom-right corner.

I need settings like those on smart phones. Right now each song play with different volume on my desktop (browser) and really frustrating. I need the setting which can make each song play with the same volume. I don't need to adjust the volume each time for each song.

I see.. If this the feature you are asking for, unfortunately it's not available on the web player, but it is available on the Spotify app for PC. Depending on what OS running on your desktop, you maybe able to download the Spotify app.
