Why can’t I sort within personal playlists on my iPhone

Hi,

i have one playlist, “starred”, which has all my saved songs.  Don’t judge. Previously I could sort by pulling down on the playlist header, which would reveal a menu bar at the top with a search box at left and a sort pull-down at rigjt.  A week ago or so that stopped working - I can pull down as much as I like but no menu bar and no sort menu.  What’s up with that? Any solutions?  I’ve attached screenshots of  my menu-less playlist and a friend’s playlist with menu in place for comparison.

I just figured it out.  In case this helps someone else - I had Spotify’s new “Smart Shuffle” feature turned on for this playlist.  I turned it off and the menu came back.  Spotify, that seems like a bug to me. Fix it.
