I have the similar problem. Spotify plays but the information is incorrect and when you change track, the incorrect information remains on the screen on my 2015 Audi TT. The old version works fine, but the current update has not worked properly on my car display system.

If the issue persists, let us know the model, OS version and Spotify version of the affected devices and if possible, send us a short video of how things look on your end so we can investigate further.
Keep us posted.
