Add annual payment option for Family Plan & remove ads from podcasts for Premium users

プレミアム加入者として、重要なリクエストが2つあります。

1. ポッドキャスト広告の問題プレミアムプランに追加しているにもかかわらず、ポッドキャスト（例えばTBSのポッドキャスト）で広告が流れます。 プレミアムプランに追加する主な理由は広告を気にするため、これは不公平だと感じます。

2. ファミリープランの年間支払いについてファミリープランに年間支払いオプションを追加してください。個人プランではすでに年間支払いオプションがありますが、ファミリープランでは有料のみとなっており、不便です。

サブスクリプションの価格が上がったので、これらの改善が真剣に検討されることを願っています。
