Not rip off customers

  • Be a little more competitive with your audiobooks. 1, the subscription on Audible is tenfold your catalogue, 2, your prices are so much more than audible. I can get the same book, which is a whole 4hrs for $15 with them, or could be my one free per month, with you it's $25. There are 9 books in the series. You do the maths. A saving of $90, that's over 5 months of subscription with Audible.

Plus I get to keep my books even if I cancel my membership with them,even cheaper if I dont want to save all the books I buy/credited.

 

  • If you have legacy plans you should inform people before they change their plans that they can't go back. So I now have 2 options - cancel everything with you and move everything to another provider, or pay you the extra few bucks a month for a product that I physically can't use cause the books offered dont meet my needs. I know what I will be doing, and after being a loyal customer for many years, that loyalty has been lost.
