Sixth Form collages aren't eligible for the student premium plan, could this be changed?

I currently have the individual plan, 21st Mar 2025, I would like to change to the student plan as its better suited and the cost would be more beneficial, I study at a Sixth Form in England and would appreciate if Sixth Form collages could be eligible in Spotifys guidelines for the student premium plan.
