Albums songs in disorder

My Question or Issue

I have familiar spotify premium, but when i play an album, all of the songs are completely in disorder, why does this happen??

Thanks for posting in the Spotify Community.

Please make sure you're disabling shuffle mode if you want to play the songs in order. You can learn more about shuffle here.

Also, make sure you're logging into the correct account and you can use all Premium features. If you find you're logging into a Free account, keep in mind that there are a few ways to sign up, e.g. with email, phone number, Facebook, Apple, or Google. Try logging in with these to find your Premium account.
