Apocalyptic Love (Slash) is not available in Brazil.

Hey guys! I'm a big fan of Slash, Myles Kennedy & The Conspirators band. When I was living in the USA, Spotify had both of their albums (Apocalyptic Love and World on Fire), but since I came back to Brazil, it only has World on Fire. 
The point is that other countries still have Apocalyptic Love. My question is: why this album is not available in Brazil?

I love this album and I miss listening to its songs...

Ok, I read the article. But I still don’t get why Spotify has permission to have this album in some countries and not in Brazil. The artist and the label are the same despite the country...
